Aline Gatignon is Associate Professor of Strategy at HEC Paris. Her research explores how organizations collaborate to tackle grand societal challenges. Many of her studies are on collaborations in emerging markets, such as in sub-Saharan Africa, India, and Brazil. She studies how firms work with each other and with nonprofits, governments, and communities to foster inclusive and sustainable growth. Aline’s work has been published in leading journals and has been recognized with a range of great awards. She serves on the editorial boards of Strategic Management Journal and Organization Science and has held leadership roles within the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society.
